Return Period

You have 14 days after receipt to request and send a return.

Return Conditions

Products must be unworn, unused, and with original tags.

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Returns without prior notification will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund

Upon receipt and inspection, the amount will be refunded within 7 days via the original payment method.

Exchanges

Return the product and place a new order.

EU Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days to return your order without giving any reason.
