Entrepreneur: Armo Retail & Logistics B.V., trading under the name TREND96.

Consumer: a natural person not acting in the course of a profession or business.

Distance contract: contract concluded via the webshop without physical presence.

Cooling-off period: the period within which the right of withdrawal can be exercised.

Right of withdrawal: the right to dissolve an agreement within the cooling-off period.

Worn, damaged, or used products are excluded.

Delivery within a maximum of 10 days in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Shipping costs are for the customer.

The risk for returns lies with the carrier from the moment of shipment.
